These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your inquiries with TOR Signature Events ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
We provide wedding and event planning services, including The Final Touch, The Curated Experience, and The Signature Experience packages, as described on this site. Submitting the contact form is an inquiry only — it does not book or reserve our services.
Wedding dates and services are only secured once we've had a consultation and both parties have signed a separate services agreement, which sets out the full scope of work, fees, deposit, and payment schedule for your event.
A deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due according to the schedule outlined in your signed services agreement. Specific payment terms and cancellation or rescheduling policies are detailed in that agreement, not on this website.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation or access it through unauthorized means.
All text, photos, and design on this site belong to TOR Signature Events or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
This site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram and Seventh Layer Digital. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
This website and its content are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. Our liability for planning services is limited to what is set out in your signed services agreement.
